A rich, luscious wine with intense and complex flavours derived from the Noble Botrytis. The palate has decadent sweetness without being heavy, and balanced acidity gives it freshness through the long finish.
A powerful nose of toffee apples, sticky sultanas, honey and cinnamon. Caramel waffles and dried mango flavours on a rich, lush palate. A hedonist's wine with complexity, length, fine acidity and voluptuous sweetness.

Highly dehydrated and fully Botrytis affected grapes were hand harvested and pressed very slowly in a traditional basket press. The skins were then soaked in the juice and then pressed again to extract maximum complexity from the skins. The resulting juice was fermented in old oak barriques until the yeasts stopped fermenting naturally. The wine was then matured for total of 15 months in oak.

Your delivery must be accepted in person by someone over the age of 18. We have warehouses in both the North and South Islands, so orders may come in split deliveries depending on stock availability at these locations.
