Awards

Premium Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Marlborough region.

Grapes were machine harvested and given brief skin
contact in the press to allow the juice to pick up a blush of
colour. Then the grapes were pressed and fermented cool
in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts to preserve the
vibrant fruit.
