Sileni Straits Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The Straits Sauvignon Blanc is grown across a variety
soil types in Marlborough. Gravels provide tropical flavours, clay loams produce citrus notes and
deep silty soils lift the aromatic quality. The best parcels
are selected for this wine and harvested only when fully
ripe.

Focussed harvesting has provided the highest quality
fruit for this reserve wine. Grapes are destemmed and
gently pressed, then cool fermented in stainless steel
tanks with selected yeast strains to develop and
express the pure fruit flavours. After ferment the wine
was left for a period on yeast lees to develop further
texture and complexity.

Your delivery must be accepted in person by someone over the age of 18. We have warehouses in both the North and South Islands, so orders may come in split deliveries depending on stock availability at these locations.
