Wine Club Subscriptions

Gravity Cellars Wine Club Terms and Operational Guidelines:
The operation of the Gravity Cellars Wine Club is conducted by Booster Wine Group LP. By enrolling in the Gravity Cellars Wine Club, you explicitly consent to all the Terms and Conditions of Booster Wine Group Limited Partnership, as clearly outlined on the gravitycellars.co.nz website and detailed in the Gravity Cellars Wine Club Terms and Conditions provided below.

Membership Overview:
Joining our Gravity Cellars Wine Club allows you to receive a pre-selected quarterly case of either 3,6 or 12 bottles, delivered to your door with free delivery, within New Zealand, every three months. You remain in control, with the ability to skip, cancel or change your pre-selected case each quarter within a 10 days’ notice period of your next case.

To become a Club member, you must be at least 18 years of age

Case Contents:
A typical case of Tier 1 (the “Explorer” selection) will consist of 3 bottles which can be a mix of red, white, sparkling or rose wines. The case may be customised to your preferences of a mixed, all red or all white selections, and the contents of your next case options will be outlined on the 10-day advance email notification before the case is sent.

A typical case of Tier 2 (the “All Stars” selection) will consist of 6 bottles, which can be a mix of red, white, sparkling or rose wines. The case may be customised to your preferences of a mixed, all red or all white selections, and the contents of your next case options will be outlined on the 10-day advance email notification before the case is sent.

A typical case of Tier 3 (the “Elevation” selection) will consist of 12 bottles, which can be a mix of red, white, sparkling or rose wines. The case may be customised to your preferences of a mixed, all red or all white selections, and the contents of your next case options will be outlined on the 10-day advance email notification before the case is sent.

As per section 4 of our Terms of Service Our inventory experiences daily variations. In the event that a particular vintage or wine becomes unavailable subsequent to the time of purchase, we reserve the right to substitute it with a subsequent vintage or replacement wine of comparable value without prior notice. This practice applies specifically to pre-mixed packs and wine club cases.

Gravity Cellars Wine Club Savings Disclosure:
Cases are advertised with an average 24% saving across club tiers for the 12 months planned from December 2023. However, this is subject to change due to potential variations in stock levels and case contents. Additionally, in accordance with New Zealand Licensing Laws, no discounts higher than 25% will be promoted on club cases.

Notification and Ordering Cycle:
Every three months, you will receive an email notification detailing the forthcoming delivery of your next wine case, 10 days prior to payment being taken for the order. This communication will include comprehensive information about the contents and associated pricing. This 10-day period is your opportunity to notify us of any changes you would like to make to your club tier selection or prechosen selection, or to skip this quarters case or cancel your membership. It is your responsibility to manage these notifications and check your inbox and junk folders for notifications. The online Manage my subscription’ portal will also show you the next order due date and is accessible at any time to make amendments.

Your next order will be due for renewal 3 months to the day (or next business working day) from your initial order and every 3 months subsequently.

Flexibility in Selection:
You have the flexibility to skip or cancel any recommended case at any time by responding to our notification prior to the renewal date specified at the end of the 10 days period. To make adjustments, please access your online subscription via the ‘Manage my subscription’ link on the Gravity Cellars Wine Club Tab or contact us via wineclub@gravitycellars.co.nz . In the absence of your response, we will proceed with the delivery to your designated Gravity Cellars Wine Club address and charge your card accordingly for the notified wine club case price. Address, card details, and delivery instructions for your Gravity Cellars Wine Club case are specific to these shipments and may differ from default account details.

Membership Cancellation:
Should you choose to terminate your Gravity Cellars Wine Club membership, you can do so at any time via your online subscription ‘Manage my subscription’ link on the Gravity Cellars Wine Club tab of the website or contact us at wineclub@gravitycellars.co.nz

Additional 10% Discount Benefit:
Gravity Cellars Wine Club Membership Discounts: Additional Discount for Active Subscribers: Wine club members with an active subscription (not cancelled) are entitled to an extra 10% discount on all wines purchased outside of their wine club subscription cases. This discount is applicable to online orders and bottles acquired at our cellar doors for consumption off-site.

Exclusions from Discounts:
Discounts do not apply to wines purchased at the Cellar Doors for on-site consumption and to wines sold by the glass.

Cellar Door Discount Application:
Cellar door discounts will be implemented at the point of purchase. This occurs when a staff member verifies the active club membership status of the customer.

Online Discount Process:
For online orders, the additional 10% discount is automatically applied during checkout when the customer enters the same email address as registered under their wine club membership. For any problems encountered please email wineclub@gravitycellars.co.nz with details/screenshots of the problems encountered.

Payment Authorization:
By participating in the Gravity Cellars Wine Club, you grant consent for the storage and utilization of your payment card or PayPal details for the purpose of securing payment for each wine case throughout your membership duration.

Notification of Changes:
In the event of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Gravity Cellars Wine Club offer, you will receive advance notification before the dispatch of your next case, ensuring transparency and avoiding any unforeseen inconveniences.

Pre-Shipment Information:
Prior to shipping, detailed information about the contents of your upcoming case will be communicated. Failure to inform us before the shipment if you wish to abstain from receiving the Gravity Cellars Wine Club case, will result in your credit card being charged for the selection which will be delivered to your address. Returns and refunds will not be accepted, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to your next shipment via the Manage my subscription’ link on the Gravity Cellars Wine Club tab of the website or at wineclub@gravitycellars.co.nz in advance of your next shipment.

By joining the Gravity Cellars Wine Club you agree to these terms and conditions and to all terms and conditions and policies outlined on our website.

Pre-orders:
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.  See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
